We offer physical art prints available for purchase through our online store. Each product listing includes details about the print, including price and any relevant shipping information.


4. Ordering Process


Customers can place orders directly through our website. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna Sofort, all processed securely through Wix Payments. Orders are typically prepared within 2 business days and are shipped using Austrian Post’s Letter L Priority service, which includes insurance and tracking where available.


5. Pricing and Payment


All prices are clearly displayed on each product page. Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout. Since our monthly income from SookieCeleste.com is under €450, we are not required to file taxes. Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU, which are the responsibility of the customer. Payments are processed immediately upon checkout through the selected payment method.


6. Shipping and Delivery


We are committed to delivering your art prints with care. All prints are shipped using Austrian Post’s Letter L Priority service, which includes tracking and insurance. However, please note that we do not ship to certain countries and regions due to our ethical stance on supporting LGBTQIA+ rights. A full list of these restricted locations is provided below.

By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address is not in one of the restricted regions. If an order is placed for delivery to a restricted location, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.


7. Returns and Refunds


    •    Eligibility: Refunds are only available if your art print arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    •    Proof of Damage: To process your refund, we require clear photographs of the damaged or defective print, along with your order number.

    •    Refund Process: Please email us at atelier@sookieceleste.com to initiate a refund. Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund promptly.


8. Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process to ensure successful delivery. You must also maintain the security of your account by using a strong password and keeping your payment information secure. We are equally committed to safeguarding your information.


9. Intellectual Property


All artwork on SookieCeleste is protected by copyright. Customers are allowed to share their purchased art prints on social media and other platforms, but they are not permitted to sell the prints as their own work or create copies for resale. We monitor for copyright infringements and will take legal action if necessary.


10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria.


11. Changes to Terms and Conditions


We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify customers via email. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
